Wow, I’ve been setting up my site (barnyardbirthday.co) with zillions of videos, all working fine with lightbox ultimate. Decided I wanted to put my own branding on the flowplayer, so I just bought the “sale price” html5 player. Went into lightbox settings and added the “key” and my web address for branding, now all of my videos (they’re MP4’s) say “flash:file not found”. What’s worse is, I removed the commercial Key and web info from the settings, and now even my original lightbox setup is showing the same error code for all my videos. Any help very much appreciated.

“I don’t think this is caused by entering the key. Indeed the files are not there:

and he continued:
“Check your AWS settings maybe?
btw why does the plugin force the Flash engine? And seting the flash: video to the same http address as the MP4 does not really make sense either ;
we can of course refund you if it doesn’t work out. But as I said, I believe this is just a coincidence, as the video links do not work outside of Flowplayer or the plugin either.”
Sadly, I’ll have to be satisfied with just getting my video play restored. Up until lsat night, the roughly 70 videos on the site were playing fine.
Thanks for any help.
June 14, 2014 at 12:23 am #63678wpCommerceModeratorHi, we will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.
June 14, 2014 at 12:31 am #63679sophie1MemberGreat! Will send right away. Just tried a system restore, didnt help. I had 70 videos that played perfectly up until last night, which is when i entered the key and website info in my lightbox settings. Thanks.
June 14, 2014 at 2:43 am #63680sophie1MemberThank you for fixing my problem. You said the number I had in the AWS S3 Video URL Expiry field was way too large. I think I may not understand the point of that field: one of my products is a video with an unexpiring link. I was thinking that the number in the AWS S3 Video URL Expiry had to be very large for that reason. Will that field limit the amount of time someone has access to the video? Also, I now have the flowplayer license key and website fields populated, but I see no logo in the bottom left corner of my vids. Hsve I forgotten something? Thanks!
June 14, 2014 at 3:34 am #63681sophie1MemberHi,
I see I had mistakenly entered my website address in the Custom Logo field. I just uploaded a logo to my WP media library and entered the URL in the Lightbox Logo field. I still don’t see the logo on my videos. Wondering what else I’m doing wrong. Thank you.
June 15, 2014 at 12:14 am #63682wpCommerceModeratorBy default the logo is not shown for your own site (the domain the license is registered for). It needs a little CSS tweak to change that behaviour:
1) Install WP Custom CSS plugin: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-custom-css-plugin-6413
2) Add the following CSS to the settings menu of the plugin (Settings->Custom CSS):
.flowplayer .fp-logo {
display: block;
opacity: 1;
