Videos Not opening anymore, just a grey see through screen.

Can anyone give me some advice as to why on my site FV WordPress Flowplayer is opening my videos, but the pop up does not appear, just a transparent(ish) grey box covers the screen? I am running WP Lightbox 2.0.9 the latest WordPress version and FV Flowplayer version. “Load FV Flowplayer JS everywhere” is selected.

The Flowplayer “Check Videos” button is giving me this message…does this need to be actioned?

“It appears there are no Flowplayer scripts on your site, your videos might not be playing, please check. Check your template’s header.php file if it contains wp_head() function call and footer.php should contain wp_footer()!”

UPDATE: Videos still not opening, but my header.php and footer.php files do contain the function calls as stated so it’s not this that is the problem…

Guys I have located the problem,hopefully this will help others who have this problem. The problem is NextGen! Flowplayer had said that they had fixed the problem, however, when I deactivated it, problem solved, obviously it’s not as fixed as they think…bit of a bummer as I have quite a few galleries set up with NextGen, however, at least I have working videos on the site again!
