Video plays on everything except Android phone

HI! Love the Lightbox plugin by the way – best for this I’ve found anywhere!

I have an mp4 video that works perfectly on ipad, android tablet, pc, etc. But it won’t play on 2 different Android phones I’ve tested or on a Kindle.

The shortcode I’m using is:

Hi, the shortcode has been tested on recent android devices. But we will investigate it.

The metadata in your video also needs to be fixed so the player doesn’t need to fully download it:
