MemberHi,
I see that there was a post 5 months ago about this problem but there was no resolute answer as to how to fix it.
I downloaded the WP Lightbox Ultimate plugin in December last year and the it works perfectly on all browsers except from IE9. The lightbox appears to load but then just locks up and nothing plays.
This is the site here [http://www.ranvilles-inf.hants.sch.uk]
You’ll see a video in the sidebar,
Any suggestions as to how to resolve this please?
Thanks
Brad

ModeratorHi, Lightbox Ultimate has no issue with IE9. All the prettyPhoto videos are working fine on our test site.
For now please only keep the “enable prettyPhoto” option checked in the settings. You have too many Javascript files from slider, cycle plugins. They are usually known to mess things up.
One good idea is to do the theme and plugin testing. Simply switch to the default WordPress theme (it is properly coded) and keep all the plugins deactivated except Lightbox Ultimate. Do you see any difference in IE9? You can now activate one plugin at a time to see which one is causing this issue.
For more info please take a look at the following post:

MemberHi, thank you for your response.
It has helped me troubleshoot what has caused this. The problem only occurs when I have the “prettyPhoto” and “WP Lightbox Special” activated at the same time.
I do need both these features to display different content, so is there anything I can amend to ensure that everything will work in IE9 if I have both of these effects enabled on the plugin.
Thanks again
Brad

ModeratorHi, we don’t recommend anyone to use WP Lightbox Special shortcodes (they are deprecated). We have other robust shortcodes to play different content. For more info please take a look at the shortcode reference guide:
