Verification emails not being sent

http://scambusterfram.com/join-us/registration/ after completing the form no emails are sent – I tried with 2 different email addresses and neither received the verification email.

This was for free member – not yet tested paid member option.

can you please help with this ASAP

If you enable debug from the settings menu of the plugin we will know for sure if the problem is with eMember not sending the email or your server blocking it. So please enable debug then do a registration and share the content of the “eMember_debug.log” file.

Thanks for your response.

I enabled bug checker and then deleted the members with emails I had tried before. Then I registered 3 different emails (2 previously used that did not work and 1 new one.

Amazingly all worked perfectly!

No idea why as the only change made was to enable debug??

Thanks any way as it seems to be working now. FYI the hosting is with hostgator, not sure if that is relevant but maybe you know of some reason for this.
