I have an mp3 recording that I can set up to sell, no issues.
What I am trying to do is set up a variation where the variation option offers both the same recording and an additional one. However, no matter what I try it is only showing me the link to one MP3 when I purchase

You can specify a different downloadable file for each of your different variations.
1) First variation can have a zip file with just the main audio file “variation1-file.zip”
2) The 2nd variation will download another zip file that contains the audio file and any additional files “variation2-file.zip”
Alternatively, you can use the product bundling feature too:
June 14, 2013 at 3:11 am #56109mark_bowdenMemberI have read the variation control guide.
I think what I dont get is where do I put the product URL that is available with both options and where do I put the URL that is only avaailable for the more expensive option?
June 14, 2013 at 3:45 am #56110KeithMemberHi Mark, it seems only one file can be used for each variation, so combining the two files into one zip may be appropriate.
Then you’ll have two zips… one with just File A, and the other zip with File A and File B.
Is that reasonable?
June 15, 2013 at 10:02 am #56111mark_bowdenMemberI’d rather not have a zip file. It just adds to complications.
Is there no way of simply having
option 1 = MP3 A
Option 2 = MP3 A and MP3 B
?
June 15, 2013 at 11:34 pm #56112adminKeymasterIf you are using variations then the only way to give multiples files for one variation is to use zip them up.
If you use the product bundling feature then you can do that. In this case, product 1 will be MP3 A and product 2 will be MP3 A and MP3 B. Product 3 will be both product 1 and 2.
Here is the documentation for product bundling:
