I have a shop setup using the wp estore. Everything seems to be working normally for me when I visit the site. I have had several succesful orders placed. I have had around 20 people to look at the site and test the shopping cart. There are several people who cannot see the drop down select or the add to cart button. There are also some people who can see the drop down select but nothing happens when they click on it.
I asked around and some are using XP, some are using Live and and some Windows 7. So it doesnt seem to be about the OS. I also asked about the browsers and it varies so it doesnt seem to be limited to one certain browser.
Any ideas? Anyone else see anything like this?
The operating system (OS) won’t have anything to do with this. Internet Explorer might throw a fit and not render things properly if you have errors on your web page. So focus on asking what version of IE the user is using.

I have asked about the browser and some are using Firefox others are using chrome

I very much appreciate this as it just so happens that one of the people who are having trouble viewing this is the store manager on their office computer. She is using IE 8. She says that she is also having the same issue on her home computer which is using IE 8 and Windows 7
