Variations and Available Quantity

I have a product that has variations, one of each size. Is there a way to limit the sale of each size to just 1 only? Ideally, I would like to show that a particular size is no longer available, but not sure if this is possible.

The plugin works fine when I try to add more than the available quantity.

WP eStore doesn’t have the option to limit quantity per variation. This is explained in the limitation section of the variation control documentation:
