but here validation is not working nor check avaiblility or nor any other validation.
if you just enter anything in user name and password it will simply submit. it will not check for name , etc is entered or not.
current version is 5.8.8

You have got some Javascript errors on your site (coming from another theme or plugin) which is causing this.
