Hi i need advise on this. I have this scenario. My website have a list of products (in fact they are all offline services. maybe later we can add downloadables).
Each item have a “Buy Now” button from PAYZA, PAXUM and GOCOIN. I have around 50 products/services.
Customers does not register on this site (but if really needed i will add this. but we want to avoid this as a requirement. the web site is just informative and a hub to this buttons).
This payment web site is the “payment hub” for several websites of our different projects, when customer wants to purchase a service, they are redirected here. After the purchase, its ok to stay in the payment page.
The customer can buy the same item any times at needed. the intention is the customer will buy daily same items, and collect this “proof of purchases”. Of course i have access to the paxum, payza, gocoin statistics any time when i login, but i need to add some kind of automatically to the whole system.
Customer choose to use any of these payment gateways (note they all work as e-wallets). Each of these services can allow me to return to a specific “thank you” for each button.
My idea is, create a one page PDF for each product/service to act as a “Proof of Purchase”. It will contain the description of the service, a photo, etc. My intention is at the bottom of the page, automatically add in big letters: the Date and Time of purchase, the ammount payed (if possible), the email of the purchaser and a variable data field like a a short message if possible.
At least we will be fine just with just Date, Time and email address.
Date and Time must be pulled automatically, email can be added by hand if not way to recover from payza, paxum, etc. customer just can add it in a special field or something
then the customer can resend or print/deliver by hand to my partners who are in charge to deliver the final service after the purchase. My partners must collect this papers (for their own tracking), and end of the month we arrange the payment with the commissions.
I can give you the working URL but i prefer not to disclosure here in public. In this moment the site is working, and the buttons are working , but all they land to a generic “thank you” page. the products are listed in woocommerce, but i have used a modification to null the cart, and use this only as a catalog.
maybe in the near future we will add another additional payment services for this “pay now” buttons scenario.
In short we have the intention to use the one-page eBooks pdfs as a “dummy product” just to obtain a unique proof of purchase each time. How can i do this?
thanks!
ps: An additional comment is, could be great if you can add to wp pdf stamper the possibility to add a QR Code containing all the footer data. That will be an additional “security” feature. making it a step more harder to alter the pdf.
April 15, 2015 at 12:32 pm #69469webpaySpectatorHello. any advise on this?
April 15, 2015 at 2:16 pm #69470wzpModeratorThe reason you haven’t had any response yet is that your post was more “brainstorming” than an actual support issue.
After reading, re-reading, and re-re-reading, your post; the summation of what you are asking is:
“Can PDF Stamper be used to create receipts for my existing payment solution, from another vendor (not Tips & Tricks HQ)?”
Because you already have an existing payment solution; the only suggestion we can offer is to study our PDF Stamper 3rd party integration guide:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-pdf-stamper/third-3rd-party-integration-guide-10
Depending upon your programming skills, you can either:
- Do your own programming, or hire someone, to integrate PDF Stamper into your existing system.
- Provide the API documentation to your current solution provider and ask if they can do the integration for you.
- Request a custom work order quote from us, and the appropriate person will contact you:
Or, depending upon how much “in love” you are with your existing payment solution; consider using our eStore payment system:
You would then use our free, self-integrating, PDF receipt creator addon with it:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-receipt-creator-addon-1757
We also offer a premium addon for eStore, that gives you even more payment gateway options:
