Could you briefly describe how to set up wp-eStore & Paypal for use w/multiple sites? These are my own, not my clients’ sites, btw. I bought this plugin because you said that could be done.

When you say with multiple sites do you mean an install of the eStore on each site? Can you please explain a little about the flow of the sites?
If you are using an install of eStore on each site then you do not need to do anything but set the eStore up as it is explained in the following videos: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-quick-setup-and-usage-video-tutorial-593
Note: you only need to setup the IPN once as the eStore will tell PayPal where to send the information (for each install) this way your PayPal account is not locked into just one site.
