I am trying to figure out where to get and how to use all of the additional Fancy Product displays.

At the moment with my purchase of WPestore I have Fancy 1 & 2, but have seen that there are about 15 of them.

How do I get and use the other Fancy Products?

Note: I know nothing about CSS, so if I can get my hands on them are they as easy to use as 1&2.

I think you want the Extra eStore Shortcodes Addon.

I’ve downloaded and activated the Extra eStore Shortcodes Addon but somehow the Fancy Product displays only work from 1 – 7, further than 7 only shortcodes as text were displayed on the page.

Also the WP eStore Shortcodes doesn’t seem to work in the TinyMCE. It only shows a blank screen.

I just downloaded and updated the eStore and Extra eStore Shortcodes Addon today.

    Here’s a link for reference:

You just need to use the proper shortcode. The shortcode is the following (it is the first shortcode in our extra shortcodes list PDF file):

    [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=1 style=1]

This shortcode for fancy display is better as it can handle all the display templates (with some additional optional options).

When you view the different display options on this page: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/stylish-product-display-options-for-wp-estore-829 it shows a details button for Stylish Product Display 5 (Fancy 5). How do I add this?

What is the character limit for the product description it displays as it is cutting some off?

And it is also stretching my images is there anyway of changing this so it just displays the image as it should?

    Thank you :)

Fill in the “Product Page URL” field of the product and it will show the “details” link in the fancy display.

Go to the settings menu and enable the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” option to see if that helps with the image.

I’m using the same shortcode from the pdf here:

    https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-content/uploads/extra-eStore-shortcodes.pdf

however these lines doesn’t seem to work, they just appear as text instead.

    [wp_eStore_fancy8 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy9 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy10 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy11 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy12 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy13 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy14 id=258]

    [wp_eStore_fancy15 id=258]

Did you read my previous reply where I told you that you are using the WRONG shortcode for those new fancy displays?

You need to use the following shortcode:

    [wp_eStore_fancy_display id=1 style=1]

You can learn the full usage of the shortcode by reading the shortcode documentation (it is the first shortcode in that document).

Hello. I need to first download the Extra eStore Shortcodes Addon to get the shortcodes listed above to work? Where do I upload the Extra eStore Shortcodes Addon to on my WP? I have tried the code above and it does not work. I’ve looked elsewhere on the site but am still confused. I am interested in Stylish Product Display 5 (Fancy 5) and Stylish Product Display 13 (Fancy 13). Thank you for helping clarify things!

You install ANY addon/extension just like a WordPress plugin. So do the following to install the extra shortcodes addon.

    1) Click on the “Add New” link under the plugins menu

    2) Click on the “Upload Plugin” button

    3) Select the extra shortcodes addon’s zip file

    4) Upload and install then activate it.

Now, all the shortcodes from this addon will be recognized.
