Using separate paypal emails for Simple PayPal Shopping Cart and WP eStore

Hi there, We are using both the Simple PayPal shopping cart and the WP eStore extensions and would like to configure a different email address for both different plugins- is this possible? It seems as though every time we change one it changes the other as well.

If it’s not possible to have each with their own email then could we make it so that certain items (mainly the ones used in the Simple Paypal shopping cart format) can be tax exempt?
