Is there a way to add a Buying Customer to eMember as a Premium Member once the Buying Customer makes a purchase using a PayPal button (not a WP eStore button)?
Right now, a Prospect can “Buy Now” using a PayPal button, the purchase is successful (payment is made, email confirms mailed to Customer and Vendor, Customer is redirected back to Thank You page) but the former-Prospect, now-Customer, does not have access to the Premium Content page where the purchased product can be found because the Customer is not a Premium Member.
You can configure a paypal buy now button inside the eMember plugin for membership payment (no eStore plugin is needed there). The following documentation explains how to do it:
