Is there any way to use folder created in Media Library Folders Pro when uploading images to a gallery? As it stands now, when I select import photos from the media library, it does not find the images I already have on my WP site. The images it does find have no order and it makes it difficult to add anything to the gallery.

If you can navigate to those folders, using the file selector (when uploading), you should be able to.
