Using Estore and PDF stamper – terms and conditions checkbox does not show

I notice that when I use the Buy Now button in eStore, it includes the Terms and Conditions checkbox that you must check before proceeding.

However, I have created my button through PayPal for PDF stamper (using Paypal and PDF stamper integration instructions in Tips and Tricks) – and I cannot figure out how to add this checkbox before proceeding.

Is there a way to add this checkbox to my Buy Now Paypal button?

The checkbox comes from WP eStore. So it will only be available to button created with WP eStore. If you are using both the WP eStore and PDF Stamper plugin then you should be following this instruction:
