Using Coupon Code clears shopping cart?

I’ve been getting emails from customers saying that when they use the coupon code it clears their shopping cart and they can’t make a purchase. When I check it from my computer it seems fine, but I keep getting the emails from different customers. Please advise.

Since it seems to work for you, but not for some customers; it is not a PHP session issue.

Are you using any page caching plugins?

Is your hosting using caching on their end?
