    We have not activated the PP payment gateway (problems with the PP business accout) so sales are purely through CC payments. We have tested a purchase and all goes well , payment acknowledged – but after that nothing!No order logged, no email received.Please help! BTW logging is enabled and there is a test buy for 1 cent.

    Please provide a link and instructions, to a test page. Also, please post a sample transaction from your debug logs.

    Manual checkout option works differently than the standard online payment gateway.

    Do yo have the following check-boxes checked in the manual checkout settings of the photo seller plugin?

    – Process manual checkout as if the payment was complete

    – Send Email With Payment Instructions

    Also, there seem to be a lot of errors in the log file complaining about not being able to resize the image in PHP. This can happen if your server’s PHP RAM is too low to process the image resizing. What is the PHP RAM memory limit of your site? Your hosting provider can answer this question for you.

    It looks like you are using the RedSys payment gateway for CC payment.

    A couple of questions:

    Do you have a valid RedSys account setup?

    When you did your test were you redirected back to your thank you page?

    If so, what is the shortcode on your thankyou page?

    We have already asked the hosting service to increase the PHP RAM – they are very slow and service very unsatisfactory so the site owner is looking into it.

    “Do you have a valid RedSys account setup?” Yes already working for Woocommerce plugin

    I think the main issue is that if the buyer never comes back to your site after payment there is no way for the photo seller to complete the order.

    After payment, is there a manual button on the RedSys site which which gives the customer an option to return to the merchant’s website?

    If so what happens when you click that button or link?

    The client says she cannot see anywhere an option to return to the site after purchase. They sell other physical items via woocommerce on the same site without an issue – could there be a conflict there?

    I understand that RedSys provides a test/sandbox environment with test credit card numbers.

    Does your client have a RedSys sandbox or test account?

    That would be the easiest way to troubleshoot this. I am reluctant to use my real credit card because my bank may interpret the $0.01 CC purchase as fraudulent and block my card. (People who steal credit card numbers usually test the card details by making several small purchases first and my bank monitors such unusual behaviour)

    In the meantime as a workaround your client can use the manual payment gateway and accept payment to their bank account.
