Hi. Have just recently purchased the plugin and have hit an issue. Have followed all the steps for using WooCommerce for users to purchase membership. That works fine except that when a user logs in to their WooCommerce account, they are not being logged as a member – so content that should be available to them is not accessible. Also, if I try displayed eMember shortcodes in the WooCommerce account page, they just return “Not Logged In.”. This is despite ensuring that the “Automatically log into eMember:” setting has been checked.
You need to synchronize the eMember and WooCommerce logins.
I’ve discovered the cause of the issue. I tested with the “Disable Simultaneous Member Login” option unchecked and then it worked fine. However, it would be nice to prevent members from being logged in simultaneously if possible
Yes, the synching settings were already in place. However, even with those set, if “Disable Simultaneous Member Login” is checked then the plugin has an issue
The “Disable Simultaneous Member Login” feature can conflict on some servers. I will send you an email.
Okay – thank you (I’ve not received email yet but look forward to hearing from you)
Please check your spam folder and also the email that you used to purchase the plugin.
