Hello,
I am hosting a pay per view event. The product is set up to allow 35 day access to the PPV page. The product is set up with an aprtp://… link If they accidentally deleted the email, is there a way I can send a replacement link?

Yes you can send them a link to the page so they can view the video by going to the “Admin Functions” menu in eStore.
Then you simply enter the product ID and click the “Generate link” button in the “Generate an Encrypted download link for a Product” section.
To send the email just fill in the details in the “Send email to customers” section.
Thank you Peter. I have the payment set up with Recurring Billing to allow 35 Day access.
The cycle is: 1 day
The billing count is -1
If I generate the link as described above will it also grant 35 day access, or indefinite access? Also, can that link be shared?

Hi, the link will remain valid based on the time specified in the Duration of Download Link field
(It’s under WP eStore->Settings->General Settings->Digital Product Delivery Settings
).
