I recently started using WP Affiliate Platform 5.9.0 on my site and didn’t realize you can’t use an outside sales page URL for tracking. My affiliates have already been using it to send people to my webinar registration page [http://app.webinarjam.net/register/13532/e9dcd616a4?ap_id=admin]. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can figure out who came from where?
Hi, Affiliate platform cannot track referrers on external sites (no plugin can). However, you can make it a pass thru link so the plugin can track the affiliate when they come back to your site and make a purchase.
