Use Post's excerpt info or custom fields data as Production Description

Hi,

I need to know if I can use php code or short code in the Production Description field to show automatically the excerpt and custom field data (value) of the post where the product belongs to?

I run an online foreign films website, so I have create a page and I would like to show in fancy 5 format a list of all movies with their title short description (excerpt) and movie info. For each film there is already a post created where full information resides.

I don’t want to copy-past the same information which is already exists in the post, in the Product description. This is also important to keep the information consistent if a correction or update occurs in the post excerpt.

If there is not short code or simple php code, please provide some guidance as how this can be achieved rather easily.
