Hi, we just found a couple of issues, that we dont know how to solve.
1- When adding a picture from an url, the problem is that always appears clickable to another window, and we dont find the way to stop the pics beeing clickable. We have the link in settings empty. Also picture urls from other sites or servers dont appear on the product page.
2- The screen after checking out just before the process gets in paypal, redirects ok to the paypal buyers page, however on the top left side of the screen appears a message saying “invalid request” , we dont know how to solve it.
I include the url of our products page, to help identify the issues, thanks in advance as it is really urgent.
By default the thumbnail images can be clicked and it will open the image in the browser. You can use the lightbox effect so the images pop over in a lightbox rather than open in the same window of the browser. Check the “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” checkbox in eStore settings and see if you like it. The other option is to use the URL of the product page in the “Thumbnail Image Link” field of that product. This will link the thumbnail image to the product page rather than the image itself.
Do you have the “Enable Smart Thumbnail Option” checkbox checked? That option can only work with images stored on your server. This is explained on the help text below that field.
The “Invalid Request” message is coming from some other plugin. Try using the fancy redirection. Check the “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout” checkbox in the settings and see how you go with that.
Thanks, it was actually a plugin causing the conflict!
Would be nice if you could add the option of images not beeing clickable, as I am sure many users could find this appropiate depending on their display or type of products
