Only these 2 days, I realise my WP eStore Settings page took a long time to load. When the page finally loads, I tried to change some settings. Example writing the email body. However the changes never did get saved. The connection somehow terminated halfway and the changes were never saved. I tried many times and the same thing happened.

I have checked with my hosting site. They said the connection is fine. It could be the plugin issue.

I de-activated the WP eStore plugin, deleted and re-install a new copy. But I realise the settings were the same before. I believe this is due to the data saved in the database.

Is my plugin corrupted? Can someone help me please?

    Thanks so much.

When you go to the settings menu of other plugins does it work slow too or does it only happen for eStore settings?

Hi, it happened only to eStore and particular the Settings Page.

The first half of the page until Digital Product Delivery loads fairly quickly. But the loading sign continued for a long long time to show the next half of the page. Even then, I think the page did not manage to load correctly.

And some of messages on the Error Console in Mozilla states:

Warning: Unknown property ‘box-sizing’. Declaration dropped.

Looks like you have entered some bad CSS code to some of the settings menu. A reset settings should help.

I just added an option that you can use to reset all the settings options to default. Get a recent build of eStore from here:

    https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request

Then go to the “Admin Functions” menu of eStore and use the “Reset eStore Settings to Default” button.
