a) What part of the product isn’t working? click thru’s are not showing up
b) What are you trying to achieve? I suggested this plugin for a client because all we need to do is track the affiliates, they don’t get a commission, they get cabin credits for a cruise and I thought this would be a better more affordable alternative for her.
c) What causes the error to show up? There is no error — they just don’t register and I followed some of the advice giving in the help area already and it seems like I have everything set correct. I also had someone else go to the banner adds and click on them and still don’t see anything in the back office
d) What version of the plugin are you using? I don’t see where it shows the version, but I downloaded 2 days ago
e) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen – I can’t do that without giving you my login information — but the plugin is set up on http://www.socialmediabythesea.com/blog — and the target url is socialmediabythesea.com — Is that my problem??
f) Which product you are using (e.g. eStore, Simple WP Shopping Cart, WP Affiliate Platform, eMember, etc…)? WP – AFFILIATE
g) Did you modify the plugin in anyway? I made adjustments to the colors but that was it — it was having this problem before I did that.

I got a quick question for you. Is the target/landing page (socialmediabythesea.com) a WordPress page or post?
Sometimes people try to link to plain HTML page without realizing that WordPress plugins do not work on plain HTML page (for example, try to use the “Akismet” plugin to block spam on a non wordpress post or page).
If this is the problem then all you need to do is make your landing page in WordPress. WordPress allows you to make landing pages through the use of “Custom Page Templates”. This article should explain how “Custom Page Templates” can be created and used:
