Hi, I recently changed our website from [www.blackjacketgroup.net] to [www.safetynj.com] Seems this change has created an error somewhere because our customers cannot access the eStore and I cannot edit products or view all of my products.

When I do, I get the error that says : You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Is this a new domain where you just installed these plugins or did you import data from your old domain? Are you using an “Admin” account to access the admin interface?

Hi, I have a similar issue but am not using the WP User Integration. There are only 3 WP users, each with ‘Administrator’ role to maintain the website. I wanted to create an editor role and give it access to eMember settings so a forth management role could validate membership for our club (canoeavon.co.uk). I followed the instructions at https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/giving-wordpress-user-roles-access-wp-emember-admin-dashboard-1529 but as soon as I did that I lost access to the settings area myself.

The eMember menu is no longer listed in the WP side menu, although eStore is still there. The only way to access the setting menu is via the installed plugins menu, however when I try using any of the Administrator accounts I am confronted with the message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”. I deleted the Editor role and created a further Administrator role, but that account still did not have permission to the eMember settings.

It would seem there’s a conflict somewhere between WP and eMember regarding roles and permissions. Our site is self hosted. I’ve not tried deactivating/activating yet – would that cause membership data to be removed? Please help!

That feature for giving admin access to other roles doesn’t do anything with membership data.

Something else messed up somewhere. I will jump on your site to take a look. I have sent an email for this.
