UPS and USPS Shipping Integration

Hello,

I love the eStore plugin and after trying several different shopping cart plugins this was the most efficient. I have searched the forum pretty thoroughly and have seen many comments about different shipping companies having real shipping rates applied through the shopping cart. One 2 years ago said that you were in the process of developing an Add On or Plug In to calculate real shipping cost. I was wondering:

1)Has that Plug In ever been developed?

2)If so could I get a link to it or if not are you still in the process of developing it?

I don’t want to over charge for shipping but I don’t want to lose money either. I found the Bulk Item Purchaser Plug in a moment ago and am going to try to manipulate it for the mean time. Also, I tried the PayPal version for shipping and it doesn’t accomplish what I need it to.
