Uploaded plugin not showing up in Plugin directory

As per title. Uploaded unzipped plugin to plugins folder on my server, go to the admin area for plugins, hit refresh, and nothing shows up. Folder is definitely in the plugins folder, I can see it there in the FTP.

Any ideas? I’ve used the plugin before and haven’t had this issue. (Yes, I bought it twice)

Also, it is not the theme – have deactivated my theme and gone to twenty eleven, doesn’t show. Also running WP 3.4.2.

Resolved – asked for a new copy of plugin and all is well in the state of Denmark.
