Are you using PayPal as the payment gateway?

yes i am using paypal but can you please tell me does our plugin not give this functionality and if not then paypal gives exact facility i required ?

You won’t be able to do exactly what you are after with eStore’s built in shipping options. Using the shipping variation would have been a good option but since you required different shipping based on size variation, it won’t quite fit your needs.

PayPal profile based shipping would be a good alternative because they will allow you to create a shipping table where you can specify different shipping price based on the “Item Price” amount.
