I’ve sent a couple of emails through support channels over the last 48 hours about this but I haven’t received a response yet and I would like to get this out of the way before the weekend. I am attempting to get a download link for estore and affiliate so I can perform a long over due up grade. When I enter my name/email address/transaction ID I get the following message:
“Success! The download link(s) for the latest version of all the product(s) that you purchased have been sent to your registered email address (johnwade@wadecollar.com)”
However nothing ever arrives. I have thoroughly checked spam and junk folders bother visually and with full system searches. I have tested the account and I receive emails so I’m not sure it’s anything on my end.
With that in mind as a possibility I provided an alternate address to send the links to but as I say I’ve not had a reply.

August 11, 2012 at 2:25 am #48268adminKeymasterThere is an issue with your email address. Emails keep bouncing from that address. It looks like any email sent to your domain (xx@wadecollar.com) gets bounced back. Please fix that issue first or contact us again using an email address from Gmail, Yahoo etc.
August 11, 2012 at 2:28 am #48269johnwadeMemberPlease send to the alternate email address provided as requested. I am unable to duplicate your problem. I have no doubt what you say is true I however am receiving emails I send to that account. Do you have any bounce details you can provide?

August 11, 2012 at 2:55 am #48272johnwadeMemberReceived your email. Thanks. I note it says, “Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain.”. I am not using a Google account of any sort.
August 11, 2012 at 2:56 am #48273johnwadeMemberI checked to see if there was a gmail account involved and there is but it’s yours – the emails that are bouncing are being sent from a gmail account rather then directly from you.
August 11, 2012 at 3:17 am #48274johnwadeMemberI’m no techie but from what I’m reading this is something that has to do with Google Apps which I’m guessing is what you’re using on your end. This might help. http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/apps/mail-settings/vkIouK5hA-U%5B1-25%5D
