MemberI’ve sent a couple of emails through support channels over the last 48 hours about this but I haven’t received a response yet and I would like to get this out of the way before the weekend. I am attempting to get a download link for estore and affiliate so I can perform a long over due up grade. When I enter my name/email address/transaction ID I get the following message:
“Success! The download link(s) for the latest version of all the product(s) that you purchased have been sent to your registered email address (johnwade@wadecollar.com)”
However nothing ever arrives. I have thoroughly checked spam and junk folders bother visually and with full system searches. I have tested the account and I receive emails so I’m not sure it’s anything on my end.
With that in mind as a possibility I provided an alternate address to send the links to but as I say I’ve not had a reply.

KeymasterThere is an issue with your email address. Emails keep bouncing from that address. It looks like any email sent to your domain (xx@wadecollar.com) gets bounced back. Please fix that issue first or contact us again using an email address from Gmail, Yahoo etc.

MemberPlease send to the alternate email address provided as requested. I am unable to duplicate your problem. I have no doubt what you say is true I however am receiving emails I send to that account. Do you have any bounce details you can provide?

MemberSite host is willing to help but requires some details. Can you forward the bounce info to the alternate email address provided? john@askthedogguy.com

MemberReceived your email. Thanks. I note it says, “Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain.”. I am not using a Google account of any sort.

MemberI checked to see if there was a gmail account involved and there is but it’s yours – the emails that are bouncing are being sent from a gmail account rather then directly from you.

MemberI’m no techie but from what I’m reading this is something that has to do with Google Apps which I’m guessing is what you’re using on your end. This might help. http://productforums.google.com/forum/#!category-topic/apps/mail-settings/vkIouK5hA-U%5B1-25%5D
