Upgrade to Full Member is Failing

We are having problems with our membership setup.

There is a 5 day trial at $1 and then it should upgrade to a one time $27.

The Trial is successful, and the $27. one time payment is successful, BUT the member is marked as “inactive” once the $27. is taken. They therefore can no longer log in with the details they were given.

Current Settings:

WP estore

Price= $27.

---

Trial Billing= $1.00

Trial Billing Period= 5 Days

Recurring Billing Amount= $27.

Recurring Billing Cycle= 5 yrs

Recurring Billing Count= -1

WP emember

---

Subscription Duration= No Expiry or Until Cancelled
