Tagged: coupon codes, Expiration
Hi there –
I am having trouble with the coupon area – I have upgraded to Version v5.3.8, and now I can’t edit any coupons or create new ones.
I can delete the ones that are there, but they don’t work – they all display “expired” and since I can’t edit properly, I can’t alter the date.
When I edit, I get all the proper fields in the form filled out, then when I press “Save Coupon” the entire form resets and the edits do not display, such as expiration date.
Plugin works great on another site when not using coupons.
Any help appreciated, thanks!
The most common case for this to happen is if you forget to follow the upgrade instruction when upgrading the plugin:

You can use “0000-00-00” in the date field to make the plugin not check for expiry date on coupons.
you’re right – I did not deactivate the plugin. I just installed the new files over the old. So now what do I do?
Deactivate the plugin, ensure that All updated files have been installed, and deactivate plugin.
