Updated eMember not possible

Hello,

I wanted to read one update plugin eMember but the new version does not load.

Here’s what I did:

1) download the latest version 8.5.7 eMember

2) I disabled the plugin eMember (old)

3) I deleted the plugin eMember (old)

4) I loaded the new zip file

It does not load.

Can you help me now my site is no longer protected areas members.

When you say does not load, what exactly do you see on the screen? Any error messages?
