Unlocking members doesn't work in WP emember

Hi folks – I’ve just added a member and somehow I locked them and then I couldn’t edit the page I’d linked to them.

I clicked the ‘unlock’ link and added the IP addresses for my client (who’s using the membership) and this still didn’t work.

Please let me know how we resolve this incase it happens again.

What happens if you go to the manage blacklist menu and remove their IP address?
