Hi,
I get this error trying to play a mp4 using the Ultimate plugin. What can be the problem?

That JavaScrtipt error usually happens if you have another plugin (or theme) that is introducing JavaScript error on your site.
We know for sure that our plugin’s code doesn’t have any JavaScript error (so it can only come from a conflict).
Please do the following test to see if the plugin itself work fine:
