I need urgent help
One of the memberships had the product number incorrectly. Customer processed pmnt but obviously since the product didnt exist on the eStore, the account was never created. Now I am trying to enter the member manually and via Add/Edit member and it’s not allowing me. No message is generated. I have all your products integrated.
i also tried adding the customer as a customer in the eStore which I was able too, but still could not add the person to the membership level. Tried also creating user wordpress but its not appearing either on eMember.
This usually happens if the database columns are out of sync. This can happen if you upgrade the plugins without doing a deactivate and reactivate mentioned in the upgrade instruction.
Simply do the following to fix the issue:
1) Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin
2) Get a fresh build of the plugin from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3) Upload and activate it
4) Add the member and it should work fine.
