Hi
I am just setting up my products for the first time. I’d like to squeeze 2 issues in one post, as they delay the creation of my product listing for sale.
1. I would like to install Fancy 5 Add To Cart style – however the shortcode for this style is missing in your pdf shortcode list (is there a reason?), it is not included in the dropdown menu in my dashboard, and when I simply use fancy 2 code and replace 2 with 5 – the shortcode does not work.
2. The thumbnail image of my product is not showing in Fancy 2 (which I was testing while unable to get fancy 5, and could potentially end up using it). The image url is correct, in my media library. It is a jpg – does the format make a difference? in the place of the image, what shows up is the title of my product in a kind of floating field.
I would appreciate your advice how to fix it.
I did check a similar post from 2 years ago – it does not give me the solution.
thanks
Anna
July 9, 2014 at 11:20 pm #64203adminKeymasterHi Anna, Check the shortcodes in the following section of the extra shortcodes list:
Use Any Fancy Display Template with Any Type of Buttons
We created that shortcode so it can be used for any fancy display. You can find the list here:

Please share a link to your product page (where the thumbnail not working) so I can check it.

I have changed some settings in the Settings – to be honest don’t remember which ones as I was working on it at 2 am LOL. But will keep the shortcode for future reference.

BTW – love your plugin!
