Unable to edit registration form fields

Hi,
We’re trying to add custom fields (via WP eMember > Settings > Custom Fields Settings) to the registration form but are unable to do so.

The default fields don’t seem to work either. We have Phone and Company fields selected in the Page/Form Settings tab but they are not showing in the registration form. (However, when I deselect the First Name field and save the settings, the First Name field does disappear from the registration form).

There are no errors in the logs or in the browser.

Per the video, related to this subject; there is a difference between fields that appear on the registration form, and fields that appear on the profile form. Are you sure that your expectations match which forms the fields are associated with?

You are currently using the following feature which won’t show the REAL registration form to free users until they confirm the email address:

Free Members Must Confirm Their Email Address

Disable that feature so you can test and see how the normal registration form looks like with the custom field.
