Unable to download files link is expired and I cant send a new link that works?

My client purchased some images from my gallery and her link is now expired. Iv updated the order to pending and then to confirm to resend out the link and it is still not working????

Surely I am able to send out a new link for her to be able to download the link????

You are using the eStore plugin (not Photo Seller), right?

If you are using the “link shortener” feature, turn it off; as there is a known issue (caused by Google).

Use the Admin Functions to manually generate a new link, that can be sent to the buyer.
