Hi Ivy – I’m trying to create a conditional coupon for a category, in this case category 2, but it’s not working. I get a message at the top of my screen that says “Coupon xxx created” but it doesn’t stay in the system.
I would like this coupon to work with a product category, in this case eBooks only. I’m using version v5.0.9 of eStore and the website is [www.cheap-seo-website-marketing.com]
Any ideas?
Thanks for your help!
Lisa
This does look like a database column out of sync type issue. Usually this happens when you update the plugin without following the update instruction. This can also happen if you change database related code in the plugin without properly changing the table structure.
Please do the following to fix this:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Download a fresh build of the plugin(s) from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/update-request
3. Update the plugin following the appropriate update instruction for the plugin in question:

I am experiencing this problem as well. I cannot add a coupon. I followed the plugin update steps by deactivating and reinstalling two or three times now. The page reads ‘Coupon “TEST” updated’ when I complete the form but it does not execute the database query.
I manually added an input to the database and it displays on the coupons page. I am able to delete it from the coupons page but I cannot edit it using the coupon/discount page.
Thank you for the help.
Are you receiving an error when you create a coupon? Sometimes it may fail for a reason and it tells you what the reason is. Anyway, I sent you an email to get access to the site so I can see what is going wrong.
Update: I deleted your existing version of the plugin and did a fresh upload of the eStore plugin and now it is working fine.
