Lightbox Ultimate – Video window doesn't close

I have problem to close the window of a lightbox video after viewing it. I have put this code:

Hi koudonk,

Just wondering – do you have a second lightbox plugin installed and activated? I was just checking out your site and that’s what it looks like…

I don’t personally use WP Lightbox Ultimate, but I think I read somewhere that only 1 plugin should be used.
