Two Tier Member sign up for WP Affiliate Plugin

I am using 2 tiers..and plan to send the affiliate link to individuals I know will want to be an Affiliate. Once they sign up (Affiliate A), I know they will have folks that they want to have become affiliates (Affiliate , being referred by them, so they can earn an additional commission.

Does Affiliate A send potential Affiliate B THEIR Affiliate A LINK or the original affiliate link that I sent them to sign up originally?

If it is the original affiliate link – how does the application know that Affiliate A gave them the link?

You don’t have to worry too much about these links. This is how it will work:

Lets say, person A is an affiliate. Person A sends Person B to your site using his affiliate link. Person B becomes an affiliate too. At this stage the affiliate plugin will know that affiliate B was referred by affiliate A (this is all it needs to know).

Now, Affiliate A will get a second tier commission for any sales that comes from affiliate B’s referrals.
