I’ve set up http://30dayebook.com for my ebook sales page and I was having trouble with emails not going through to people properly with the download link. So I decided to set up a thank you page and redirect to a download link in addition to the email, just in case.
I have a screencast I will email of what happens. When you click Add to Cart the website goes white – when you hit refresh or enter on the url the website appears and the product is in the cart, but that extra step will definitely cost me sales of course.
Also you’ll see in the screencast how the redirect does not work properly. I followed the video step-by-step to set up the Paypal redirect information and everything but it’s still not working. Please help – thanks.

What value have you entered in the “Checkout Page” field of the settings menu? Do you have the “Automatic redirection to checkout page” checkbox checked?
Yes I did and I put the thank you page url in the “Return URL” field as directed in the video. The short code appears on the thank you page, but the download link does not appear.

When my friend purchased the ebook she was successfully redirected to this thank you page but the short code appeared instead of the download link appearing – does that make sense?
I asked what value you put in the “Checkout Page” field. Please post the URL that you have put in the “Checkout Page” field.
You have an image as your left bracket([) in the shortcode which is why its not working on the thank you page. Please copy and paste the following and it should work:
