Two affiliate accounts set up on wpaffiliate

Hi

I am using eMember, estore and emember – everything is set up so that when a member joins they automatically become an affiliate.

However before they finish their registration an Affiliate Account is set up for them with a bunch of numbers as their Affiliate ID and then when they complete their registration another Affiliate Account is set up with their actual login details that they set up when they become a member.

Do you have any idea as to why this is happening?

Sorry that should say I’m using eMember, eStore and WP Affiliate

I think turned on the auto affiliate account creation in both estore and emember. you ONLY need to use one of those. Given your scenario, you should turn off the one in eStore. Only keep the auto affiliate creation option in emember active.

Fantastic – I just couldn’t fathom out what had gone wrong because when i first set it all up it was working perfectly – thank you for your prompt reply
