Trying to reach eStore support for password/login issues with add on plug-in

Hello,

Does anybody have a direct phone number or e-mail address for support? I have sent several unanswered messages to ***REDACTED BY MODERATOR***@tipsandtricks-hq.com since Feb. 14. I need to register a client for the e-store support forum to get an extension plug-in for an important upgrade to her e-commerce site.

We have submitted at least 3 password requests in the past few weeks and they have not arrived to the client. She has checked her SPAM folder and they are not located there either.

We tried to open a support ticket but that was directed to the client as well since she has the e-mail account on record. Once again, she did not receive a return message.

I have other clients that use e-store and there are never deliverability issues so I am sure this is an isolated incident. However, we really need to get this resolved.

Using an invalid e-mail address to reach us may be the problem…

I did submit a contact form online without a reply. I have just re-submitted a new one.

This forum account is registered for the [sandra@wpblogsites.com] email address (I will remove this email address later from this post). There is nothing in our inbox from that address. So what address are you using to contact us?
