Does anyone know how to make a gallery look like this one http://photography-solutions.tipsandtricks-hq.com/photogallery/gallery6/ in the photo seller samples?

I suppose it can be done with css, but I’m not very savvy with that yet.

Thank you. I had tried that several times, for some reason it never took effect. Thank you, this is all new to me, still working with learning css.
