Trying to download addon -> "You did not purchase the WP eMember plugin"

I purchased the WP eMember plugin today and I am now trying to download the eMember Profile Extended AddOn.

The support forums page says that I did not purchase the WP eMember plugin. I can see the WP eStore plugin addons (which were purchased using a different email address in our office) just not the eMember ones.
