I am not an advanced html editor, I have been trying to configure using examples provided here
http://lightbox.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-content/uploads/lightbox-ult-doc/wp-lightbox-ultimate-shortcodes-by-library-type.pdf for inline content embed but I can’t get it to display. I did have it working with the free plugin, but the html was flagged when I trouble shoot it with an html validator so I bought the commercial version hoping to get some support for displaying this content:
\<script src=”http://api.everyscape.com/api.js?key=embed&embedId=script:19105535&embedWidth=640&embedHeight=400″ type=”text/javascript”></script>\
would like to use the simplest method possible for display of this content from an image anchor
March 20, 2015 at 11:07 pm #69210wpCommerceModeratorHi, Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.

I do not have the virtual tour currently in a lightbox until I can get it to work, as I said, I had it working in the free version however. I am wanting to use the lightbox to launch it from an anchor image as it really bogs the page load down. I also have another instance of it here [http://www.gulfbreezerecovery.com/our-facility/] that I will use the lightbox for as well. Thank you
March 20, 2015 at 11:26 pm #69212littlepiMemberI have three instance of the lightbox working for youtube videos on the page [http://www.gulfbreezerecovery.com/] and one of them doesn’t display the descriptions for some reason even though I do not see anything different in the shortcode from the other videos that do display it. I have them in a shortcode frame and it seems to work well otherwise!
This is the one that doesn’t display description:

An excerpt from Gulf Breeze Recovery’s Detox Video “Thrive”. We offer a safe, comfortable medical detox with highly trained staff and clean, well appointed private rooms. March 21, 2015 at 11:45 pm #69213wpCommerceModeratorSwitch to “text” editor and Try this:
[frame align="left"]
<p style="text-align: center;">Watch Video[wp_lightbox_prettyPhoto_video link="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rEM58aodWRQ" width="640" height="360" description="It's not about coping here, it's about being able to thrive! An excerpt from Gulf Breeze Recovery's Detox Video "Thrive". We offer a safe, comfortable medical detox with highly trained staff and clean, well appointed private rooms. Check out what our guests say about our Non 12 Step Holistic and Caring approach to recovery. " source="http://www.gulfbreezerecovery.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/thrive-detox-video320px.jpg" title="Thrive How Gulf Breeze Recovery's Medical Detox Program Works!"][/frame]</p>I believe the description parameter was broken because you enclosed “Thrive” with quotes.
March 26, 2015 at 8:28 pm #69214littlepiMemberthanks for that, that solved all the problems I was having with description appearing or not. My main issue remains unresolved however. I bought the commercial version hoping to get some support for displaying this content:
\<script src=”http://api.everyscape.com/api.js?key=embed&embedId=script:19105535&embedWidth=640&embedHeight=400″ type=”text/javascript”></script>\
would like to use the simplest method possible for display of this content from an image anchor. The content it self may be seen at
[http://www.gulfbreezerecovery.com/our-facility/] it is a everyscape virtual tour and it really bogs down page speed wherever it is installed on site. Thanks, James.
March 26, 2015 at 10:59 pm #69215wpCommerceModeratorIt looks like custom embed code. Please try our inline HTML popup option and see if it works (Inline HTML Display in Overlay section):
March 27, 2015 at 7:19 pm #69216littlepiMemberI have tried to make this work with the samples provided, it is likely my html is inadequate to see what I may be doing wrong, could you please provide a sample using this script I may at least get started with?
\<script src=”http://api.everyscape.com/api.js?key=embed&embedId=script:19105535&embedWidth=640&embedHeight=400″ type=”text/javascript”></script>\
Let me know if there are any other assets I need to provide, I will attach my anchor image as well. JB
March 27, 2015 at 7:21 pm #69217littlepiMemberMy anchor image is

March 27, 2015 at 11:18 pm #69218wpCommerceModerator[wp_lightbox_ultimate_inline_content_embed div_id="12345" anchor_type="image" source="http://vxrworks.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/virtual-tour-320px.jpg"]
<div id="12345" style="display:none;">
<script src="http://api.everyscape.com/api.js?key=embed&embedId=script:19105535&embedWidth=640&embedHeight=400" type="text/javascript"></script>
</div>Please make sure to switch to “text” editor before pasting the code.
March 28, 2015 at 7:09 pm #69219littlepiMemberThis is where I have placed the provided code, it still fails to spawn the virtual tour.
\http://vxrworks.com/automotive-samples/\
This is how I placed the code:
\[wp_lightbox_ultimate_inline_content_embed div_id=”12345″ anchor_type=”image” source=”http://vxrworks.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/virtual-tour-320px.jpg”%5D
<div id=”12345″ style=”display: none;”><script src=”http://api.everyscape.com/api.js?key=embed&embedId=script:19105535&embedWidth=640&embedHeight=400″ type=”text/javascript”></script></div>\
March 28, 2015 at 7:53 pm #69220littlepiMemberI have installed the original plugin wp video lightbox and have it running with the wp video lightbox ultimate version
\< a href=”#virtual-tour-1″ rel=”wp-video-lightbox”><img src=”gulfbreezerecovery.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/virtual-tour.jpg” alt=”virtual-tour” width=”665″ height=”443″ class=”aligncenter size-full wp-image-8109″ />
<div id=”virtual-tour-1″ style=”display:none;”>
<p><script src=”http://api.everyscape.com/api.js?key=embed&embedId=script:19105535&embedWidth=640&embedHeight=400″ type=”text/javascript”></script></p>
</div> \
It seems to be ok with no conflicts so far
\http://www.gulfbreezerecovery.com/\ and \http://www.gulfbreezerecovery.com/our-facility/\
March 29, 2015 at 5:54 am #69221wpCommerceModeratorGlad to hear that it’s working now. Do you want us to take a closer look at your site and investigate as to why the other method didn’t work?
