Hi,
Our site was hacked, rather than restore from backups which could have been compromised we took the whole site down. This morning I am trying to restore site and get PDF stamper working but it will not accept my licence key. The site is still the original .co.uk site
So I am not sure where the problem is can you advise?

The problem is that you did not deactivate/delicense the original install, before reinstalling/reactivating.
Please fill out the contact form, explaining the situation, and Ivy will reset your license and get back to you when she gets in.
