Everything is now working on my estore except this shortcode displaying on page; all the auto-responder settings and everything are now working. This is the only step left…has this short code been changed? Is there an alternate shortcode we can use on Thank You page

Okay that means PDT is not setup correctly in your PayPal profile. Go through this documentation and follow all the setup steps (You have missed one of the steps outlined in the list of setup steps):March 8, 2012 at 5:41 pm #42797
I have double checked all the steps outlined in your link
Return URL is correct
Auto Return is “on”
PDT is “on”
Identify Token is in place in the Payment Gateway of the plugin
When you purchase the item it is automatically taking the buyer to the thank you page but is displaying the message “Thank You for your purchase. Product(s) will be delivered when the payment is cleared.” where the link should be.
In the email sent by the plugin, it is delivering the proper link. In the email generated by the auto-responder it is not.March 9, 2012 at 12:38 am #42798
You need to address the following first. This message means that PayPal is not giving the plugin a “Transaction Complete” message when the plugin tries to verify via the PDT:
"Thank You for your purchase. Product(s) will be delivered when the payment is cleared"
The plugin won’t give the customer the download(s) until it can successfully verify that the transaction was complete (this is to prevent any kind of fraud attempts). This is something you need to fix your PayPal profile. This post might help:March 9, 2012 at 4:41 pm #42799
Did conference call with PayPal and they confirmed that everything was set up correcting except for the link that goes in the “Return Url” under Auto Return for Website Payments
We have the Thank You Page URL in that block but they say it doesn’t have IPN or PHP required to make the cleared payment notifications and that the link that goes there should come from youMarch 10, 2012 at 6:55 am #42800
Hmmm.. this is weird that the PayPal IPN is sending the “Payment Complete” status but the PDT is giving “Pending” status. You don’t have multiple copies of the eStore plugin in your plugins directory right?March 10, 2012 at 2:10 pm #42801
